Can I interview a candidate before hiring?

How do you manage time zone differences?

We make sure that your VA is able to work in your time zone, ensuring smooth communication and real-time support.

How long does it take to find a candidate?

Our screening, vetting, testing, and interview process typically takes about one week, at which point we’ll introduce you to three fully qualified candidates to choose from.

What if the person I hire isn’t the right fit?

If the first candidate doesn’t work out, we’ll provide replacement options within a few days. Our priority is making sure you have someone reliable, capable, and aligned with your workflow long-term.

Are there any recruiting/setup fees?

No. The hourly rate covers all aspects of the service.

How does payment work?

We handle all payroll, international transfers, and compliance on your behalf. You’ll receive one simple monthly invoice from Vaally — no hidden fees, no separate payments to your assistant.

How do you ensure quality and reliability?

Every candidate goes through multiple rounds of vetting — including skills testing, English communication checks, background verification, and live interviews. Less than the 1% of applicants make it to our client introductions.
